National communication rates to P&T fixed-line network

Communication rates on the national telephone network. Our rates are listed per minute. Communications are billed on a cumulative basis over the invoice period used. Example: 60 seconds for the first minute and subsequent minutes. Once a billing period has started it is considered as a full period.
