At the start of 2006, P&T's mobile phone, Mobilux and CMD activities were grouped together into one entity (LUXGSM S.A), which enabled it to remain the leading mobile phone operator in Luxembourg and even increase its market share. P&T LUXGSM plays an important role in the success of P&T's INTEGRAL package (fixed-line + mobile + Internet).

With its majority holding in Netcore S.A., P&T is active in the market for the design, integration, security and maintenance of infrastructure networks, as well as the IP telephony sector. Managed services is a specific area of cooperation between P&T and Netcore: the relevant equipment is completely managed by P&T, while Netcore focuses on sales.

Editus S.A. aims to provide the public with free and quality access to practical information to facilitate their daily life (white pages, yellow pages, web directory, etc.). Furthermore, companies are able to market their activities and establish valuable contacts.

Visual Online S.A. specialises in Internet access. Over time, related services such as website hosting, co-location of servers, site design, e-mail management, rented lines and secure access will be added to the large range of existing services. Voice over Internet is experiencing more and more success with users.

P&T Consulting S.A. is an expert in the field of consulting, analysis, development and integration of new information and communication technologies. It carries out the role of publisher and technological integrater with recognised expertise in two fields: technical infrastructure management and mobility technologies.

HOTCITY S.A. which was founded in October 2009, assures the commercialization of the different Hotcity Networks by offering Internet access and various applications. Furthermore, HOTCITY S.A. promotes their service platform to be used by other cities in Luxembourg, the greater region and beyond. Finally, HOTCITY S.A. offers indoor WIFI Coverage in the BTB domain.

Eltrona Interdiffusion S.A.'s main line of business is to broadcast analogue and digital television channels, as well as radio stations via its Imagin network. Eltrona also rents and sells equipment used for multimedia projection and presentation, as well as the development and integration of automation and control systems. It also sells alarm and remote surveillance systems.

ebrc S.A., officially recognised as a Professional of the Financial Sector (PSF), provides comprehensive tailored solutions based on the co-management of continuity services (e-Continuity), security services (e-Security) as well as the protection of customer data on demand (e-Hosting). ebrc has three secure centres, redundant up to 2* (N+1) and providing services unequalled over a 350km radius. It also hosts the largest high-tech data centre in Luxembourg. These centres are interconnected and constitute the main part of the P&T's TERALINK network.

A PSF support organisation offering communication solutions to customers, VBS provides confidential information distribution services on paper or in electronic format for the financial industry in Europe and is a leader in investment funds domiciled in Luxembourg. In addition to its printing centre in Leudelange, VBS operates a second printing centre and high-volume enveloping facility in the P&T sorting centre in Bettembourg.

TNT Express Luxembourg S.A. offers all types of parcel transport and express courier services, as well as related services. Since September 2006, TNT has moved to new offices in Bettembourg next to the site of the P&T sorting centre.

Michel Greco S.A. is specialised in the express delivery and transport of mail and small parcels. A leader on the national market, Greco offers a large range of personalised services to its customers.

Infomail S.A.'s objective is the sale and packaging of all printed and advertising material and the commercialisation of their distribution. Infomail is mainly recognised for its i-mail product, a non-addressed advertising envelope delivered to all letter boxes in Luxembourg. According to an independent survey, this product has been the main advertising medium in Luxembourg for several years.

Luxembourg e-Archiving s.a. (Learch) handles the long-term archiving of electronic documents whose integrity and readability need to be preserved to ensure they can be used as documentary proof or for legal purposes. Learch has been a Financial Sector Professional (FSP) since September 2010 and provides archiving services on a software-as-a-service (Saas) or managed-services basis.
