To make the dispatch of your mail safe and reliable, several options are available.

Exempt from VAT.

• Procedure: the dispatched item has a bar-code number and we provide you with a document certifying it is in our network. Upon delivery, the recipient or another designated person signs a receipt certifying that they received the item. For Australia, an item requiring the recipient's signature also requires an acknowledgement of receipt. Registering an item is legal proof of dispatch.
• Applicable for: all mail (except 'ATR' - reduced rate mail) and to all destinations.
• Online Tracking for national sendings
• Price of the option: 4.00 €

• Procedure: upon receipt, the recipient or designated person signs an "acknowledgment of receipt" which is then returned to the sender
• Applicable for: all registered mail or mail with a declared value
• Price of the option: 1.75 €

• Procedure: the mail is only delivered to the person to whom it is addressed.
• Applicable for: all registered mail or mail with a declared value
• Prix of the option: 1.20 €

• Procedure: this option concerns valued mail which must be insured. Mail is treated in a particular way ensuring postage is secure. It is handed over to the recipient or an authorized person.
• Applicable for: all recommended mail
• Insurance included: Compensation is based on the amount of the stated value.

  • For Luxembourg: 1.75 € for the insurance premium per € 125 or fraction of € 125
  • For abroad 1.75 € for the insurance premium per 65 DTS or fraction of 65 DTS
  • DTS conversion rate 1 DTS = €  1.1858 (non-contractual variable value)
