Assurance + is a complementary all-risk insurance which covers loss, despoilment and damage of registered sendings.

To benefit from Assurance+ security, just affix one, two or three adhesive stamps signed and marked with proof of deposit (receipt or waybill) which will be validated by one of our employees.

On top of the indemnity already included in the transport of your sending*, Assurance+ enables you to choose the complementary insurance level according to the contents' value.

• 1 Assurance+ stamp: up to €1,250 of complementary cover
• 2 Assurance+ stamps: up to €2,500 of complementary cover
• 3 Assurance+ stamps: up to €3,750 of complementary cover

*current coverage level: 35.00 for a national or international mail. Quality Pack: max. 530 € for the countries in zones 1-6. For countries in zones 7 to 10, depending on destination, max. 155 € per parcel or 50 € per parcel and 5,50 € per kg.

Assurance+ stamps are available in all post offices and postshops.
Remote ordering is possible for a minimum order of 4 sets.

Assurance+ is not applicable to mail with a declared value. Some items are also excluded from the guarantee due to their nature. Please check the terms and conditions of Assurance+.
