In case of loss, despoilment or damage, your parcel is covered up to a maximum value of :

- 530 € for the countries in zones 1 to 6 countries ;
- for countries in zones 7 to 10, depending on destination, 155 € per parcel or 50 € per parcel and 5,50 € per kg.

The barcodes on your mail enable to locate your parcel at any time.

Procedure: For all goods paid on delivery, the parcels come with a COD voucher.

• Costs borne by the sender:€ 3.22.
• Costs borne by the recipient: The amount to be paid to cover COD costs are fixed according to the destination country rates.

Luxemburg max. amount 2,500 €
Germany and France max.amount 1,500 €
Portugal max. amount 1,000 €
