Cercle Cité

Cercle Cité

A meeting place in the heart of Luxembourg City

Luxembourg’s “Cercle Cité” invites you to relax and reflect, exchange and discover, all in the middle of urban activity.
With this new architectural project, combining the new “Cité” construction and the historic “Cercle Municipal” building, Luxembourg City now has access to multipurpose equipment in the heart of the capital.
Connected to the “Cité” by a walkway, the “Cercle” surprises visitors as much through its architecture as its sumptuous rooms. A true centre of attraction on the Place d’Armes, the “Cercle Cité” hosts receptions, congresses, exhibitions, etc. The interior lounges, whose architecture has been carefully preserved during the recent renovation works, also evoke the representative function for which the “Cercle Municipal” has been known in the past.
The “Cité” is also home to the city library, a restaurant, a lounge and an auditorium.
By providing perfectly complementary spaces for a variety of activities, the “Cercle Cité” complex sees itself as the central cultural and event platform in Luxembourg.
Luxembourg has entrusted the management of the “Cercle Cité” to the Luxembourg agency for cultural action which is responsible for setting up a cultural programme and renting out the premises.
