HotCity competition

On Thursday 15 January 2009, Paul Helminger, Mayor of the City of Luxembourg, and Jean-Marie Spaus, Director of the Telecommunications Department of P&T, presented 11 iPhones to the lucky winners of the HotCity competition, launched during the Autumn Fair in November 2008.
By taking part in this competition, visitors could win one of the 1,111 lots, namely, 11 iPhones with a free 11-month subscription (11 hours per month); 100 free 6-month subscriptions and 1,000 free 1-month subscriptions. In addition, each participant received a HotCity 'Scratch Card', a rechargeable card allowing connection to the network.
The winners of the HotCity competition are: Michèle Faltoyano, Ludivine Jean, Pierre Lamboray, Joseph Ney, Sandra Reckinger, Michèle Schanen, Sandro Tantone, Nadine Wagener, André Wagner, Viviane Wagner and Jean-Paul Wehr.
In addition, Romain Cigrand and Daniel Lengjel, the winners of the draw from amongst the participants in the HotCity study, were each presented with an iPod Touch. The study was carried out by Quest during the autumn of 2008.
