1er Fifty-one Charity Oldtimer Tour
Club Fifty-One organized a historic car rally on 24 May 2008. The event was in aid of ALUPSE (the Luxembourg Association for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children).
Partnering this event, P&T entered three cars. These were PostMusée's Beetle, the Stamp Office's 2CV in the livery of the personalised stamp service "meng.post.lu," plus a lorry from the Post Office Garage, which assisted cars in difficulties and acted as "sweeper car."
Luckily the mechanics were not called out, for all cars were in perfect order technically.
Several hundred spectators had gathered to watch the finish on Place Guillaume in Luxembourg City.
