The charm of the christmas tree
This illustration, capturing so many emotions, is by Swiss artist Cecilia Bozzoli. It invites us to dream: to remember the unbridled joy that an illuminated Christmas tree gave to us in our childhood.
It is the night before Christmas, at the moment the gifts have been discovered, that the artist captures the reaction of a surprised child who, we imagine, is standing with his mouth wide open in front of the richly decorated Christmas tree.
