Letter dimensions

All mail is sent by priority service. You benefit from the best deadlines.

Standard letters

Rectangular mail which meets the following conditions:

  • maximum weight: 50g
  • dimensions L: 140-235mm, H: 90-162mm (tolerance 2mm)
  • length L ≥ width H multiplied by 1.4.
  • maximum thickness: 5 mm

Non-standard letters

Rectangular mail which does not meet the conditions established for standard letters and which conforms to the following conditions:

  • maximum weight: 500g
  • dimensions L: ≤ 340mm, H: ≤ 250mm (tolerance 2mm)
  • maximum thickness: 20 mm

Maxi letters

 It includes:

  • non-rectangular items or exceeding the dimensions of non-standard letters from 0 to 500g.
  • all mail from 500g to 2kg.
  • only books and brochures for international mail service from 2kg to 5kg.

Maximum dimensions of mail: L + H + P ≤ 900mm and L ≤ 600 mm

Sendings in tubes are also considered as maxi letters.
Maximum dimensions: L + 2D ≤ 1040mm and L ≤ 900 mm
