P.O. Box
Luxembourg residents may open a P.O. Box. This option enables them to collect their mail in the early morning, long before home delivery services begin. This service is free and can be requested at your local post office. P.O. boxes are allocated according to availability.
PostPro
This card is specially aimed at our Business customers who wish to use our post offices whilst benefiting from a deferred payment. The services are paid for only on receipt of the invoice.
In case of moving
If you move office, you can redirect all of your mail to your new address for up to one whole year.
Setting up this service is easy: simply go to your local post office at least three working days before the date on which you wish to redirect your mail.
This service does not apply for newspapers.
