Status
Founded in 1842 as an administration, P&TLuxembourg is a public company since 1992.
The Luxembourg state is the sole shareholder.
The aim of P&T is to provide postal, postal financial and telecommunications services.
Besides its general management, P&T is composed of three departments:
- Post Department
- Postal Financial Services Department
- Telecommunications Department.
P&T is also in charge of issuing stamps as a result of an exclusive State mandate.
The decision-making bodies are the Board of Directors and the Management Committee.
P&T has 15 subsidiaries.
