Parcels sent outside the European Union

For all parcels sent outside the European Union, or sent to Switzerland or Norway, it is compulsory to fill in a customs declaration and include two copies of the invoice, and if necessary include an import licence and certificate of origin for the goods. If the value of the contents of your package is higher than € 1,239, you must include an export document.
It is your responsibility to also check with the customs services of any additional taxes.
