Booklet of self-adhesive postage stamps "Happy"
This year, P&TLuxembourg is producing a booklet of self-adhesive postage stamps on the theme of happiness. The booklet illustrates various activities and sources of pleasure in daily life. It contains 12 stamps, including 6 for class A (postage for normal letters up to 20g inside Luxembourg) and 6 stamps at 0.20 € each.
