To access your CCP Connect with a LuxTrust certificate and other government and private applications which use LuxTrust solutions, you must first get a LuxTrust certificate.

We recommend you consult the www.luxtrust.lu site to find the different types of certificates that exist. Depending on the applications you wish to use and your individual situation, different types of certificates are available.

Please note that CCP Connect works with all the different types of certificates provided by LuxTrust.

Once you have established which certificate best suits your needs, you are ready to purchase. You can order your LuxTrust certificate directly in CCP Connect or use one of the LuxTrust registration authorities.

To order a LuxTrust certificate in CCP Connect, the following steps are necessary:

1. connect to CCP Connect using your regular access codes
2. click on "My CCP Connect" on the top side of the menu
3. click on "New order" under LuxTrust on the left side of the menu 
4. choose the certificate you wish to order and follow the instructions to the end
5. a few days after your order you will receive your LuxTrust certificate by post and the cost will be automatically debited from your CCP account.
6. before using the certificate, you must change the initial PIN and activate the certificate on the http://activate.luxtrust.lu site by following the instructions

To purchase a LuxTrust certificate without using an e-banking service, the following steps are necessary:

1. download the order form for the product you wish to purchase on the LuxTrust Internet site (www.luxtrust.lu)
2. go to your LuxTrust registration authority with the order form, completed and signed, and take any other documents listed on the order form. You will find a list of all the LuxTrust registration authorities on the Internet site. P&T Luxembourg also acts as a registration authority in the Luxembourg-Centre, Luxembourg-Gare, Esch-Alzette, Ettelbruck, Wiltz and Grevenmacher post offices.
3. once the registration authority has validated your order, you will receive your LuxTrust certificate by post.
4. before using the certificate, you must change the initial PIN and activate the certificate on the http://activate.luxtrust.lu site by following the instructions
