This product includes a block of four of the “75th Anniversary of Stamp Day” stamp with the special “Journée du Timbre” postmark as well as a postcard issued by the Cercle Philatélique SOPHIA franked with the “75th anniversary of Stamp Day” stamp and with the same special postmark.
Each copy is signed personally by Jos. Wolff (President of the FSPL and Honorary President of the FIP), André Cornette (President of Cercle Philatélique SOPHIA Wiltz), Norbert Maes (President of the Organising Committee) and Emile Espen (Head of the Office des Timbres).
