CGFP
In 2009, the General Confederation of the Civil Service celebrates its centenary. The CGFP is a concentration of professional Civil Service organisations which defend social, moral, professional and material interests of civil servants, public employees, and other agents contracting with the State.
The CGFP is dedicated to the constant betterment of the professional and social conditions of its members, as well as taking positions on problems of general policy.
Made up of about 60 professional federations and associations of the Civil Service, the CGFP has more than 27,000 members.
The civil service, through the CGFP, has an effective trade union agreement which, by its breadth, enables it to defend its assets and to ensure progress.
