Password
To obtain access to CCP Connect, just go to the post office of your choice with an identity card and you will receive the necessary codes.
If you wish to change your CCP Connect password, you can do it in the section MY CCP CONNECT, "Password modification" in CCP Connect. Furthermore, we strongly advise you to do so after you access CCP Connect for the first time.
If you have forgotten your CCP Connect password or if your access to CCP Connect has been blocked (for example if you type the wrong password three times), please complete the form below and send it to us. We will send you a new password by registered letter.
