As its name indicates, the "Full Contact Card" from P&TLuxembourg offers you a "FULL SERVICE" throughout the Grand Duchy. It allows you to use a fixed-line telephone, telephone box or mobile phone for local and international calls.

Available for €5 or €10, the Full Contact Card offers calls at favourable tariffs 24 hours a day. You avoid surcharges added by certain hotels and other public or private establishments for using their phones. You also benefit from regular promotional tariffs.

The Full Contact Card is not a chip card but a scratch card with a code on the back. To use, simply dial the access number 8002 8003, followed by your code, then press # and dial the phone number followed by #. The cost of your call will be automatically deducted from your card.

The Full Contact Card is available in our post offices, Telecom Centres, P&T sales outlets, in MPK shops and in most newsagents and petrol stations.

• If you have several calls to make, do not hang up after the call and you won't have to redial the access number.
• You are not required to listen to the entire voice server message, you can introduce your code and dial your access number at any time.
• To return to the main menu, press #.
• If you press the wrong button, simply press * to return to the previous vocal instruction.
